The article proposes an analysis of the impact of the Italian system for the regulation of migratory flows on corporate recruitment choices, referring to the results of a research on the building, health and Ict sectors. The inquiry, developed within an international project, examines migratory flows from the singular viewpoint of labour demand, namely the enterprises.
